The Jamaican Vacation Raffle
(“Raffle”) is offered by the Issa Trust Foundation,
a Florida non-for-profit corporation qualified under
Sec. 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code to
benefit families in Jamaica.

Entry price is a $50.00 donation
per ticket. Multiple tickets may be purchased. For
every donation of $100, in addition
to receiving two entries in the raffle, you will receive
two 2008 Issa Trust Foundation Medical Mission organic t-shirts.
[For example, for a $200 donation you would receive
four entry tickets and four organic t-shirts.]
Your payment may
be made by credit card or check payable to Issa Trust
Foundation, or funds may be credited to Issa Trust
Foundation against a donor’s charge account. In either case, please make a note to advise of the t-shirt size(s) you wish to receive. All
proceeds received from the Raffle donations will go
directly and inclusively to the Issa Trust
Foundation.
Terms, conditions and raffle tickets are void where
local laws prohibit the terms listed, and refund may
be given in written proof request prior to final
drawing date. Donor need not be present to win.
Contest entries may be made until 11:59 PM PST
August 1, 2008.The
winner of the raffle will be selected at random from
eligible entries and will be notified by certified
mail to the address given within 10 business days
after the drawing on August 5, 2008. Issa Trust
Foundation is not responsible for incorrect mailing
addresses or lost mail. If winner does not accept
prize by August 30, 2008, winner will forfeit prize
and it will be awarded to next randomly drawn
participant. By entering the Raffle, the winner
agrees to have their name and ticket number
publicized.
All proceeds from the Raffle will benefit the Issa
Trust Foundation supporting the 2008 Medical Mission
to Jamaica. The odds of winning will be determined
by the number of entries received. Entrants must be
at least 18 years of age. Owners, employees, and
employees immediate families (parents, spouses and
children) of Issa Trust Foundation, Couples Resorts
and North West Airlines (NWA) WorldVacations are not
eligible to win.
Jamaican Vacation is valid for a 7 day / 6 night
all-inclusive stay for two at your choice of any Couples Resort for travel completed
before September 30, 2009*. Airline tickets and hotel vouchers
are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and
hotel vouchers issued in conjunction with this
promotion have zero cash value. *NWA WorldVacations
will provide transportation via Northwest Airlines
from any city in U.S. 48, Alaska or Canada that
Northwest serves, provided travel is completed before March 12, 2009 and in accordance with the blackout dates listed below. Travel
is permitted on NW/KL designated flights operated by
NWA/Mesaba, Pinnacle, KLM, KLM Cityhopper. Travel
via other NW Airlink and NW designated affiliated
partner flights is not permitted. *(The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the
airport served by such flights. Travel requested for March 13 – September 30, 2009 will be considered as “Hotel Only”, airfare not included.)Couples Resorts
provides roundtrip ground transportation between
Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ),
Jamaica to chosen resort.

Not
valid with previously purchased trip. Tickets and
hotel vouchers may not be combined with any other
coupon, vouchers, discounts, bonus, upgrade,
WorldPerks Air Travel Award or promotional offers.
Free Wedding, honeymoon & renewal of vows packages
are not included. Travel must be roundtrip. Circle
trips/standby/open segments/stopovers are not
permitted. Reservations must be made and ticket
issued prior to departure. Tickets and hotel
vouchers may only be applied towards number of
passengers specified on the voucher, passengers must
travel on the same itinerary and must be booked
through NWA WorldVacations. Any unused portion of
the ticket or hotel voucher will not be refunded,
and cannot be used towards another booking or
another service component. Commission is not
paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes and fees.
Taxes, customs, September 11th security Fee,
Passenger Facility Charges, fees, surcharges,
segment fees, departure/arrival/customs, immigration
fees, international taxes, state and federal income
taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of
the recipient. Changes to reservations, once made,
are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply
for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic
ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be
allowed. Space is subject to availability; surcharge
dates may apply. The number of seats available for
use with this authorization is limited. WorldPerks
mileage & Romance Rewards credits will not be
awarded for travel on this program. Flight schedules
are subject to change without notice. Northwest
Airlines, NWA WorldVacations, and Couples Resorts
are the final authority on the interpretation of
these rules and reserve the right to change these
terms and conditions without prior notice.
